I am writing regarding open positions at LITEhouse, Inc., a residential program for high functioning young adults with cognitive disabilities located in Danvers, MA. We are currently hiring all positions (male or female) to support our residents. They are highly functioning young women who are always on the go and need someone to keep up with their busy schedules! Our biggest requirement is that staff is willing to learn and is dedicated to supporting our residents. Any training needed can be provided. All staff is required to have a driver's license, clean driving record and a car. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer health insurance at this time for employees.

The positions we are looking for include: live in overnight staff (this is an asleep position where LITEhouse would be your home), afternoon supports Monday through Friday from 3 to 10pm and weekend supports Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 10pm. We are very flexible and willing to work with schedules to create a consistent team for our home.
