Danvers Man Faces Heroin Trafficking and Gun Charges

Danvers police said they were watching the 27-year-old man for months on suspicions he was dealing heroin.

A Danvers man is facing charges of trafficking heroin and gun violations.

The Salem News reports Dana Randall, 27, of 5A Cherry St., Danvers, has been indicted by a grand jury, sending the case to Salem Superior Court. The full set of charges are trafficking heroin (more than 36 grams) possession of heroin and marijuana with intent to distribute, use of a firearm in a felony and unlicensed possession of a firearm and ammunition.

Police have been watching Randall for months on suspicions of heroin activity and finally arrested him in September after officers witnessed him conducting a heroin deal in a parking lot, reports the Salem News.
