Police Log: Peabody Resident Charged With Drunk Driving

Tuesday, July 1

At 10:43 a.m., police received a call from Burley Street about damaged siding.

At 11:38 p.m., police arrested Anthony Landry, 23, 78A Lennox Road, Nahant, and charged him on a warrant. Police made the arrest at Motel 6.

Wednesday, July 2

At 12:52 a.m., police arrested Roger Vieira, 45, 14 May St., Peabody, and charged him with a marked lanes violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Police made the arrest during a traffic stop at Maple and Vineyard streets.

At 9:08 a.m., police received a call from Conifer Hill Drive about a larceny. Police took a report.

At 11:15 a.m., police responded to Knights Inn after a report of stolen cash and pills.

At 2:03 p.m., a Longbow road resident reported a car window was broken.

At 3:44 p.m., police received a call about a shoplifting at Guitar Center. Police took a report.

At 7:20 p.m., a Lawrence Street resident reported someone threw rocks through a fence. Police took a report.

At 7:55 p.m., a Jacobs Landing resident reported a burglary. Police took a report.

 

Thursday, July 3

At 2:27 a.m., police arrested Crisniel Soto, 22, 116 Shore Drive, Peabody, and charged the person with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor and speeding. Police made the arrest during a traffic stop on Andover Street.

At 3 a.m., a Denny’s employee reported a customer left without paying a bill.

At 2:49 p.m., police received a call about a car break-in at Peabody Institute Library. Police took a report.

At 5:34 p.m., police arrested Eric Davis, 33, no address given, and charged him with larceny more than $250. Police made the arrest after a report of a shoplifter at BJ’s Wholesale Club.
