Police Log: Police Make Seven Arrests

Monday, June 2

At 6:04 p.m., a Pickering Street resident reported someone stole mail.

At 7:08 p.m., police arrested Eddie Clemente, 35, 69 Lynnway, Lynn, and charged him with assault and battery on a police officer and disorderly conduct, and Danyelle Sterling, 32, 102 Newbury St., Danvers, and charged her on a warrant. Police made the arrests at Extended Stay Inn.

At 8:56 p.m., police arrested James Hoy, 51, 26 Hyde St., Danvers, and charged him with domestic assault and battery.

Tuesday, June 3

At 11:53 a.m., police received a call about a driver smoking a bong in the High Street area. Police were unable to locate the driver.

At 1:22 p.m., police arrested Marie Needs, 57, 38 Grandview Terrace, Andover, and charged her with shoplifting more than $100 by asportation. Police made the arrest at Walmart.

At 1:57 p.m., police arrested Michael Stockwell, 26, 26 Auburn St., Saugus, and Craig Mannetta, 26, 82 Golden Hills Road, Saugus, and charged them with larceny more than $250. Police made the arrests at Walmart.

At 3:01 p.m., a BJ’s Wholesale Club employee reported a shoplifting. Police took a report.

 

Wednesday, June 4

At 9:03 p.m., police received a call about a vehicle break-in at Target. Police took a report.

 

Thursday, June 5

At 1:32 a.m., police arrested Jeffrey Vowells, 24, 8 Stone St., Danvers, and charged him with illegal possession of a knife. Police made the arrest on High Street.

At 7:02 a.m., police arrested Jose Pojoy, 24, 144 South Common St., Lynn, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle without a license and a signal/sign violation. Police made the arrest on High Street.

At 10:07 a.m., police took a report after a sign was damaged on High Street.
