Police Log: Shoplifting Calls Lead to Two Arrests
Monday, March 24
At 8:22 p.m., police received a report from Maple Street after a wreath on a door was damaged.
Tuesday, March 25
At 11:12 a.m., a Walmart employee reported a shoplifting of $22 worth of merchandise.

At 3:15 p.m., police arrested Toni Gagner, 37, 19 Beckford St., Beverly, and charged her with larceny more than $250. Police made the arrest after a report of a shoplifter trying to steal jewelry and perfume.
At 5:42 p.m., police arrested Jay Hogan, 24, 9 Flint St., Lynn, and charged him on a warrant.

At 5:57 p.m., police arrested Starmeka Kelly, 30, 102 Newbury St., Danvers, and charged her on a warrant. Police made the arrest at Target.
At 7:48 p.m., police arrested Anamaria Fernandez, 61, 1 Palmer Ave., Salem, and charged her with shoplifting by asportation. Police made the arrest after a report of a shoplifter at Savers.

At 2:17 p.m., police responded to Bed Bath & Beyond after a report of a hit-and-run accident. Police took a report.
Thursday, March 27
At 3:26 p.m., police responded to High Street and Milton Road after a car struck a pole. There were no reported injuries.
At 7:40 p.m., police responded to Amherst Street after a telephone line was cut.
At 8:16 p.m., police responded to HomeGoods about a larceny.
Friday, March 28
At noon, a Walmart employee reported a shoplifting.
At 3:53 p.m., a Walmart employee reported a customer switching tags.
