Police Log: Two Drivers Charged With Drunk Driving

Friday, March 21

At 5:09 p.m., police responded to Extended Stay Inn about fraud. Police took a report.

At 5:09 p.m., police respond to Liberty Marina about a larceny of two boat propellers. Police took a report.

At 6:17 p.m., a Locksley Road resident reported an attempted burglary. A screen was opened. Police took a report.

At 6:23 p.m., police arrested William Shackelton, 22, 40 Collins St., Danvers, and charged him on a warrant.

Saturday, March 22

At 2:28 a.m., police arrested Patricia LeFleur, 48, 2 McDermott Farm Road, Unit B, Danvers, and charged her with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation. Police made the arrest during a motor vehicle stop on McDermott Farm Road.

At 3:28 a.m., police arrested Paul Dupuis, 41, 35 Harriman Road, Plaistow, NH, and charged him with disturbing the peace. Police made the arrest after a report of a loud party at Franklin and Poplar streets.

At 8:27 a.m., police arrested Peter Aliferis, 31, 46 West Neptune St., Lynn, and charged him with larceny more than $250 and resisting arrest. Police made the arrest after a report of a shoplifting at Walmart.

At 10:49 a.m., police arrested David Upton, 53, 7 Elm St., Peabody, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor (second offense). Police made the arrest on Endicott Street.

At 7:31 p.m., police responded to Chili’s after a report of a car break-in.

At 8:40 p.m., police arrested Amarilis Rosario, 52, 24 Kenwood Place, Lawrence, and charged the person with shoplifting more than $100 by asportation.

 

Sunday, March 23

At 4:36 p.m., police arrested Jose Torres, 25, 4 Berry St., Peabody, and charged him with shoplifting by concealing merchandise. Police made the arrest at Walmart after Torres reportedly tried to steal two BB guns.

 

Monday, March 24

At 10:51 a.m., police arrested Virginia Wood, 24, 32 Hillcrest Ave., Peabody, and charged her with shoplifting by asportation (second offense). Police made the arrest after Wood reportedly tried to steal electronics from Walmart.
