At 11:19 a.m., a Buxton Road resident reported fraud. Police took a report.
At 12:39 p.m., police arrested Valerie Davis, 32, 20 Lyman St., Lynn, and charged her with larceny more than $250, reckless endangerment of a child, shoplifting by asportation, and Shawna Ene, 36, 128 Flint St., Lynn, and charged her with larceny more than $250, reckless endangerment of a child and shoplifting by asportation (third offense). Police made the arrests at Kohl’s.
