Murder suspect Philip Chism nearly choked a Department of Youth Services worker to death in June, said a prosecutor during Chism's latest arraignment in Suffolk Juvenile Court.
Assistant Suffolk District Attorney Mark Zanini said Chism "stalked and pounced" on the victim, a 29-year-old DYS worker, reported the Boston Herald.
The victim was only able to scream for help when Chism took his right hand off her neck to punch her in the head and jaw, reported the Herald.
