According to the District Attorney's office, a 45-year-old patient, James Hussein, was discovered outside by a visitor of the nursing home just before 4 p.m.
Initial scanner reports indicated requested a medflight just before 4 p.m. The call was later cancelled.

Hunt Nursing Home staff said they had checked on Hussein in his bedroom at approximately 3 p.m.
