Former Tequila's: What Should Go Here Now?

Tequila's Restaurant closed its doors in June 2009, and the 80 Newbury St. location is still vacant.

In May 2011, the revoked the all-alcoholic license Tequila's held. When Tequila’s filed for bankruptcy in 2009 and defaulted on a loan from the bank, Danversbank had since been working on finding a license buyer.

Their license was later one of the this past summer.
