Boston Herald report finds frustrated applicants due to computer glitches

A Boston Herald review of the state website for users to sign up for health plans under Obamacare has proven to be a place of frustration. Users are having issues with some major flaws in the computer system that leave them at a loss trying to enroll in their healthcare plans.

The Herald reviewed posts from frustrated applicants on the Massachusetts Health Connector website and Facebook page - which included complaints about computer crashes and long wait times when calling, as well as glitches that border on the absurd. They also interviewed several of those who were frustrated with the system.

A look at comments on the Mass Health Connector Facebook page shows users warning others what not to do as they try to use the system, along with many asking for help from other users.
