The Town of Danvers announces a change in outdoor water restrictions to Level 3.

Level 3 drought conditions allow outdoor lawn & garden watering with sprinklers and/or irrigation systems on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday ONLY, from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. the next day.

Hand watering (handheld hoses with nozzles and watering cans) is allowed anytime. Car washing is also allowed.

The Town is requesting residents to watch for changes in the water restriction levels as the summer progresses.

The Town will announce changes on message boards posted throughout the Town, local cable access television, the town website (www.danvers.govoffice.com), the Danvers DPW Facebook page, and the local newspapers.

If you have any questions on the water restrictions, please call the Department of Public Works at 978-777-0001 x3011.
