What's On the Selectmen's Agenda Tonight?

Wondering what's happening tonight at the Danvers Board of Selectmen meeting? Here's the agenda.

1. Approval of Minutes of May 3 & 15, 2012.

2. New public business.

3. The Board is requested to proclaim July 26 as “Americans with Disability Act Day.”  

4. The Board is in receipt of an application by John Terista, 121 Sylvan Street, Unit D for a Banner Permit over High Street, as follows:  “Welcome Home Lt. Alexandra Terista-Howe – USN.”

5. The Board is in receipt of an application by the Danvers Democratic Town Committee, Marilyn Hazel, Manager, for a 1 Day Wine & Malt License on Saturday, September 22, at 10 North Street.

6. The Board is in receipt of an application by The Goddess Evening, Nancy Loring, Manager, for a 1 Day Wine & Malt License on Friday, June 15, at 10 North Street.

7. The Board is in receipt of an application by DKORP Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a , Dean Borders, Manager, 40 Maple Street, for a 1 Day Wine & Malt Beverages License and a 1 Day Entertainment License on Tuesday, July 3, from 11 AM – 1 AM

8. The Board is in receipt of a request by DKORP Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a , Dean Borders, Manager, 40 Maple Street, for an amendment to the hours on his 7-Day Entertainment License.  

9. A public hearing will be held to show cause why the License for the Sale of Junk and Second Hand Articles in the name of Stephen “Spleen” Eck, d/b/a , 42 Maple Street, should not be suspended, revoked, or limited in any way.

10. The Board is in receipt of an application Sunil Samtani, d/b/a Cash for Gold, , for a License for the Sale of Junk and Second Hand Articles

11. A public hearing will be held under Chapter 138 of the General Laws on the application of NYBOS, Inc., d/b/a Matty’s Food & Spirits, Spero Demakes, Manager, 194 Endicott Street, for change in d/b/a from , and appointment of the new manager, on the All Alcoholic Common Victualler’s License currently held at that location.

12. The Board is requested to accept a gift in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 44, §53A.
