Half of Condos at Rose Court Already Sold

The Residences at Rose Court is a 71-unit condo development off Route 114 in Danvers.

Here's a slightly different take on our weekly "Sold!" column for Danvers. The Residences at Rose Court, a 71-unit condo development off Route 114, are already halfway sold, according to the firm marketing the units.

Pizzuti Development first began construction in 2013 and proceeded in two phases with two multi-story residential buildings on the 10-acre campus. There are one-, two- and three-bedroom units and 18 of the 71 condos are designated as affordable housing units under the state's Chapter 40B law.

The market rate units range from $297,999 to $399,999 while pricing on 40B units is based on 80 percent of the area median income. That translates into a listing price of $168,500 for a one-bedroom 40B unit. You can find out more about the affordable units here.

The floor plans for the units range from 893 to 1,588 square feet in size. The campus also has community gardens, a playground and fitness center. You can find more details here.
