Danvers Public Schools Planning Plenty of Year-End Events
The final day of school is next week.
The Danvers Public Schools are coming to the end of another school year. The final day is Thursday, June 26.
Here are some notes about the end of year from the Danvers Public Schools:
The final day dismissal times are:
- DHS and HRMS - 11:35 a.m.
- Elementary schools - 12:05 p.m.
There will be no lunch served.
Holten-Richmond Middle School's Moving On Ceremonies are scheduled on Wednesday, June 25 in the multi-purpose room. They will be held:
- Bowditch team - 8:30 a.m.
- Endicott team - 10 a.m.
- Peabody team - 11:30 a.m.
The summer reading lists will be posted on the school websites, as well as the district homepage this week.
Highlands School will have a Party on the Patio from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, June 20. The event will benefit the Walking Path project.
The Thorpe Outdoor Classroom Dedication Ceremony will take place at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 25.
Smith School will unveil its mural at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 25.
Riverside School will host a used book sale from 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday, June 21.
The Kiwanis Bike Safety Rodeo will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 21 at the Great Oak School.
Note: The first day of school for the next school year will be Wednesday, Sept. 3.
