Local Residents Named to UMass Lowell Dean's List

LOWELL - Local residents were recently recognized for achieving academic distinction during the University of Massachusetts Lowell's Fall 2012 semester.

To qualify for the Dean's List, students must have completed at least 12 graded credits for the semester, have at least a 3.25 grade point average with no grade lower than C and may not have any incompletes.

Local Students Named to Dean's List at Villanova University

VILLANOVA, Penn. - Villanova University named the following students to the Dean's List for the fall 2012 semester.

Katharine Jennings, from Danvers, is pursuing a bachelor's degree in the College of Engineering,

Jeremy Daly, from Danvers, is studying Political Science in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences,

Villanova University Dean's List recipients are honored by their college's respective dean. To qualify, one must be a matriculated full-time student and earn a semester grade point average of at least 3.5.The College of Nursing requires students to earn at least a 3.5 for the academic year.

Evan Palmer of Danvers Earns First Academic Honors from Clark University

WORCESTER - Evan S. Palmer, a resident of Danvers, has been named to first honors on the Clark University Dean's List. This selection marks outstanding academic achievement during the Fall 2012 semester.

To be eligible for first honors, students must have a grade point average of 3.8 or higher, of a maximum of 4.3 (all A+s).

Joseph Gentile from Danvers Earns Place on Dean's List at Berklee College of Music

BOSTON - Berklee College of Music announces that Joseph Gentile of Danvers has earned placement on the Dean's List for the fall semester of the 2012 academic year. To be eligible for this honor, a full-time student must achieve a grade point average of 3.4 or above; a part-time student must achieve a grade point average of 3.6 or above.
