Celtics Legend in Danvers on Thursday

Boston sports royalty is coming to Danvers on Thursday.

Boston Celtics legend and two-time NBA champion JoJo White and co-author Mike Bodanza will discuss the new book “Make it Count: The Life and Times of Basketball Great JoJo White” at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 6 at Peabody Institute Library, 15 Sylvan St., Danvers.  

In the book, White discusses his days in the NBA, including spending a decade with the Celtics, as well as talks about growing up in St. Louis. White was chosen for seven NBA All-Star teams. His number 10 is high above courtside at the TD Garden with other Celtic legends.
