The recreation departments in Danvers, Beverly, Salem and Hamilton-Wenham are coming together to start up a youth wiffle ball league with the Golden Stick Wiffle Ball League, according to an article in the Salem News.
The league is open to kids 7 to 13 and kids will play others from their own communities leading up to the championship final four games on Sept. 7.
The top four teams will play each other for the title of 2013 Golden Stick Wiffle League Juniors North Shore champion.
