The Danvers Department of Public Works will be performing some road restoration on Pine Street from July 16-19. Vehicles will not be allowed to park along the street between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. In case of rain, work will be done the next day.
A special seal will be placed on the road which will make it unable to accept any traffic for 30 to 40 minutes afterwards.
"Traffic will be maintained as much as possible, but the sealed road surface must be protected for at least 20 minutes. Police officers and DPW personnel will be in the work area to keep traffic flowing. The cooperation of drivers would be very much appreciated."
