Here's what you need to know this week in Danvers.

Today is Monday, Jan. 27. Here's what you need to know to get your week started in Danvers.

  1. The Fox Hill School is holding an open house Monday evening for preschool enrollments for the 2014-2015 school year.
  2. The St. Mary of the Annunciation School in Danvers is also holding its own open house on Tuesday for next year's admissions process.
  3. Modern square dancing classes kick off Wednesday at All Saints Episcopal Church.
  4. Peabody Relay for Life kicks off its 20th year on Thursday at Peabody City Hall. The celebration for the largest Relay for Life event around starts at 6:30 p.m. There will be informational tables to learn more about the American Cancer Society's signature fundraising event and how you can participate, register your team, meet Tom and Sharon Gould who are this year's honorary co-chairpersons and enjoy an ice cream sundae from Treadwell's.   5. State Sen. Joan Lovely will be the guest speaker at the North Shore Business Forum Friday morning at the Danversport Yacht Club.
  6. The 11th Annual Snow Ball Dance put on by the Danvers YMCA is this Saturday.
  7. And Saturday is also the 5th Annual National Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day at Cherry Farm Creamery.
  8. Neighborhood Health Plan is offering a free family friendly health education event Sunday at the Northshore Mall. There will be free health screenings, activities and giveaways.
