'Nightmare' at DCAT, Bella Sera Runs Fashion Fundraiser and More This Week

Here's what you need to know to get your week started in Danvers.

Today is Monday, Oct. 28. Here's a look at the week ahead in Danvers.

  1. Danvers Community Access TV will be hosting its first ever Nightmare on Elm Street Tuesday for ages 2-10. There will be all sorts of Halloween-themed activities for the kids from 4-7 p.m.
  2. There's no spook-tacular at the Liberty Tree Mall this year, but you can head over to the Boo Bash at the Northshore Mall on Tuesday, starting at 4:30 p.m. in the Nordstrom wing of the mall.
  3. Bella Sera Bridal will be at the DoubleTree Boston North Shore Friday for a fashion fundraiser for the Make-a-Wish Foundation. "Wishing on a Starry Night" is 6-11 p.m.
  4. The DoubleTree is also hosting the 15th Annual Caregiver Connections conference presented by the North Shore Alzheimer's Partnership on Saturday.
  5. America recycles and so does Danvers this weekend. The town is holding its annual two-day recycling event Saturday and Sunday at the high school parking lot by the tennis courts.
  6. The Danvers Polish Club is hosting a crafts and gifts fair on Sunday at the Cheever Street club.
  7. Don't forget to check the calendar of the town website for any town board meetings this week.
