I really like Ann & Hope. I love the color, style choices for curtains, rugs, kitchen decor, bath decor

I have been coming here since I bought my home in '09. I love this place, they have more than just curtains. When you walk in you will be hit with tables followed by art decor, rugs, curtains/panels, home cleaning solutions, patios/patio furniture and my favorite garden stuff. Mulch, grass seed, plants pebble stones etc. all reasonably priced. I have never encountered bad customer service out of all they years I have been coming here.

Very rude, disrespectful, jealous, angry, totally crappy women are employed here. The curtain area is treated as a museum exhibit - Do not look or touch attitude. Insulting and horrible hateful women - They behave as if they are doing you a favor by "allowin" you to shop there! They have it backwards. Where do you find these type of people, owners of this business! A very unhappy place to shop at. Yes, the worst
customer service. My advice is: Fire these women who create bad feelings and anger shoppers. Very bad customer service except for a few employees. No smiles here, just hate.

I received the worst customer service today. The supervisor during the afternoon shift was extremely rude... instead of talking to me face to face to address the problem she turned her back on me the entire time. What kind of service is that? There are plenty of stores that offer similar pricing and for much better service. You guys just lost a customer that have been going to your store for 10+ years.
