The Clark School is an independent co-ed day school for students in kindergarten through grade 12. The school prides itself on offering a multi-age environment in the classroom and in other learning activities that are diverse and focused to each student's learning style. Classes are run both in peer-based and skill-based groups, covering everything from spelling and science to Shakespeare and community outreach. Class sizes do not exceed 15 students. The lower school has been in existence since 1978 and the high school was added in 2005. Clark's first graduating class was the class of 2009.

Students get to experience an authentic rustic setting. The main building, "The Antique", contains three classrooms and was originally built by Joseph Porter in 1665. The property was later acquired by Connors Farm, among subsequent owners, and was sold to the Clark School in the late 70's. The school added "The Barn" building in 2002 and "The Mod" building in 2007, each with three classrooms. There's a playground and playing fields out front and the property is surrounded by marsh and meadow.
