AVOID this store. I went to the Danvers, MA store to buy something and there was no around upstairs to help me find it. When I saw a young woman that appeared to be helping someone else, I waited to speak with her but she just turned and walked away. When I asked to speak to a manager downstairs, a person by the name of Christopher Cummings claimed he was the manager. After explaining my situation to him (which I was extremely mad about), he told me to "leave the store". I told him their store, their service and him "s u c k e d". As I walked away, he mumbled under his breath "f u c k you" in which I replied the same back to him. This is what Dick's Sporting Goods has for employees representing their stores? I called the corporate office and explained this to them. They called me back and said that I was yelling and that other store employees witnessed what took place. There were no other store employees around when it took place! Like everything else in life, they all stick together and lie to protect each other. To sum this up, Dick's Sporting Goods is running a sham operation by lying to customers and by hiring delinquents that swear at customers when confronted with a problem. Christopher Cummings should be fired along with all the others that lied for him.
