I have never seen a bigger group of incompetent, lying assholes in my entire life. They have had my car for over 3 months - still don't know if it needs to be repaired or if it's totaled. "When can I find out?" I ask them every week, and every week it's "you're on the list to get looked at, we'll get back to you by the end of the week."
They never return calls or answer the phone. In fact, 3 different people have told me that they'll be the point person that I can deal with when I call. Instead of having a consistent line of communication, they avoid my calls when they don't get the job done as they said they would, and have a different member of the staff call me.
I would think after 3 months that they'd get the necessary people into the collision center to assess the damage and get working on it, or just total the car, but I just keep getting told to wait. Even worse, the manager lied to me and said that they sent an estimate to my insurance company, and it was my insurance company that didn't total the car.
Unfortunately for this lying manager, I had just gotten off the phone with my insurance company which said that they had a supplemental estimate for some damage, but that it wasn't close to totaled. So why hadn't IRA Collision called me to tell me this, or began repairs? Because they are incompetent.
I have purchased 4 cars from Ira in Danvers, and after this would never consider doing business with them again. Everyone who works there should be fired.
