Spent over $600 on trees and bushes and called two days later to find out what their warranty was before I planted them and they indicated that they have 60 day guarantee and NO guarantee if they were on sale which they were 20% off. Would have been nice to have been told they DO NOT GUARANTEE PRIOR TO PURCHASING!
Management was rude on the phone when inquiring and when questioned.
Be advised, LOWES and HOME DEPOT guarantee their product for A YEAR....
I will never purchase from Kane's again!!!
Such a great nursery! I've been on the lookout for a good nursery that has healthy, pest-free houseplants (it's harder than you'd think). I did some online searching and found Kane's. It's wonderful! Selection is very good, all the plants in the nursery look very healthy , and the prices are extremely reasonable. I couldn't be happier with my purchases. If you're looking for something very specific, you might need to look elsewhere, but I found just what I wanted. I highly recommend this nursery.
