St. Mary's Cemetery on Sylvan Street and St. Mary of the Annunciation Cemetery on Hobart Street are both owned by the parish.

St. Mary's was founded in 1859 with the purchase of a wooden church building on High Street. The new church was built at the corner of Conant and Franklin streets with a total seating capacity for 1,270 parishioners.
