The Danvers Swampwalk is a public trail that consists of a one-quarter mile-long boardwalk that traverses a portion of Leach's Swamp. The wooden pile-supported walkway was built by volunteer labor, grants and private donations. It offers several scenic lookout points. The swamp walk is connected to the Danvers Rail Trail, and has two access points from the abandoned MBTA railroad bed. The project was completed in 2012.
