The town, in partnership with the yacht club, provides a free pumpout service to boaters. The pumpout boat, commissioned by the harbormaster's office, will visit any marina or mooring in Danvers and pump out the bilge in your vessel free of charge. Register online.

The town harbormaster's office is located here as well. The harbormaster manages the placement and permitting of 125 privately owned moorings. The town is not currently permitting new moorings, but those being sold are offered to applicants on a waiting list.
Boat launch fees at Pope's Landing are $5 for regular boats, $10 for out-of-state regular boats and $10 for commercial haulers. There is no fishing from the dock or the launch ramp, no non-emergency maintenance and no skiving or cleaning of fish allowed. There's a 30-minute tie-up area at the dock for boaters who wish to enjoy the view and use the facilities. Fuel and a pump-out service station are available at the Danversport Yacht Club Marina. There is a ten percent discount for eligible senior citizens - visit the tax collector's office at Town Hall with your ID and boat registration to see if you qualify.
