Danvers residents who want to vote in the 2012 presidential election and other federal and state races have just today before the Massachusetts voter registration deadline arrives. The registration deadline is Oct 17. The Town Clerk's office at Town Hall is open from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday because it is a voter registration deadline day to take in-person registrations. Residents can also download a mail-in voter registration form on the Secretary of the Commonwealth's website. Once that form is filled out and signed, it must be mailed to the Town Clerk's Office and postmarked by Wednesday, Oct. 17 for you to be eligible to vote.
