A 22-year-old man was arraigned in court on Thursday on charges of possessing and distributing child pornography.
A Danvers man was ordered held on $50,000 bail after his arrest Wednesday night on charges of possession and distribution of child pornography. Erik Resto, 22, of 43 Nichols St. was arraigned in Salem District Court on Thursday, where he pled not guilty to the charges, the Essex County District Attorney's office said in a press released issued on Thursday afternoon. Judge Michael Lauranzano set Resto's bail at $50,000 and ordered him not to use a computer or access the internet or any internet capable device and have no contact with anyone under 18.
