Trolley to Offer Rides Around Town for Open House Thursday

The town of Danvers will offer free rides around town on the Salem Trolley as part of its townwide open house on Thursday evening.

The town of Danvers will open the doors to all of its buildings and offices all across town on Thursday for its annual Open House. The event on Thursday, Oct. 11 from 4-7 p.m. will also celebrate National Fire Prevention and Public Power Week. Transportation will be provided by Salem Trolley to the fire and police stations, Library, Town Hall, Senior Center and the Electric Division. Parking is limited at all sites, according to an announcement fom town officials, so they reccommend that if possible visitors use the municipal parking area at the Senior Center or across from Town Hall.
