Tribute to Joni Mitchell's 'Blue' on Weekend Music Calendar

Here is a round-up of live music throughout the North Shore this weekend.

This weekend is packed with live music on the North Shore and a whole bunch of bands playing a wide variety of music genres, from classic rock to blues and soul, can be seen for free at rock clubs and restaurants throughout the region. Me and Thee Coffee House in Marblehead will be hosting a Tribute to Joni Mitchell’s Blue at 8 p.m. Friday night: "We present a special tribute concert — Joni Mitchell’s Blue: A 40th Anniversary. This concert will feature a stellar cast of some of the New York City area’s finest female singer-songwriters, performing all the songs from Blue plus original songs inspired by Joni Mitchell."  All shows begin at 9 p.m. unless specified. Live Music This Weekend: Charlee Bianchini

Folk-Rock musician Charlee Bianchini will be playing Andolini's in Andover on Saturday night. Live Music This Weekend: Groove Alliance and Voodoo Rockers

Here is a round up of live music happening this weekend around the North Shore.

This weekend is packed with live music on the North Shore and a whole bunch of bands playing a wide variety of music genres, from classic rock to blues and soul, can be seen for free at rock clubs and restaurants throughout the region.  Local rock band Groove Alliance will be playing Capone's Restaurant in Peabody on Friday night. Live Music This Weekend: Leaving Eden and Joe Mack

Here is a round up of live music happening this weekend around the North Shore.

This weekend is packed with live music on the North Shore and a whole bunch of bands playing a wide variety of music genres, from classic rock to blues and soul, can be seen for free at rock clubs and restaurants throughout the region.  Local rock band Leaving Eden will be playing Rockafellas in Salem tonight. Leaving Eden has played on the national circuit with the likes of Black Sabbath, Korn and the Dropkick Murphys. Local guitarist Joe Mack will be playing with his band at the Red Rock Bistro in Swampscott. Mack, who has played internationally, derives his style from Jimi Hendrix , Stevie Ray Vaughn and Eric Clapton. All shows begin at 9 p.m. unless specified.
