Police Working to ID 'Senior Living Community' Thief
Danvers police have released security camera images of a man they are looking to identify.
Danvers police are hoping to ID a thief who allegedly stole a safe and electronics from a “senior living community” over the weekend. Several clear photos were released on Wednesday showing the suspect, who police said has also struck at least one other similar facility. The Danvers theft happened on Saturday, Jan. 13. The exact name of the facility that was victimized is being withheld, to start, to preserve the investigation, said police spokesman Sgt. Robert Bettencourt. “We want to get the pictures out there today and tomorrow,” he said on Wednesday. It is believed the man in the photos struck a similar facility in Waltham, he said.
