Man Accused of Sexually Accosting Truck Driver May Seek Plea Deal

A 46-year-old Danvers man, who worked as a child entertainer, allegedly approached a truck driver at a rest stop and made several sexual advances on the man while clad only in a thong.

A Danvers man who worked as a local child entertainer and is accused of sexually attacking a male truck driver at a rest stop in Rowley last fall may now be working out a plea deal, reports the Salem News. James Vosolo, 46, was arrested in October by state police and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, indecent assault and battery on a person over 14 and indecent exposure, along with motor vehicle violations. Vosolo allegedly approached the truck driver, wearing only a thong, and twice tried to grab the man between the legs after asking several times if they could have sex together. A Danvers man who has worked for a local entertainment company was arrested after allegedly approaching a truck driver while nude at a I-95 rest area earlier this week.

A man who works as entertainer for a Danvers company – over the years dressing up as everything from Elvis Presley to a clown - is accused of approaching a truck driver while nude at a rest stop on I-95 in Rowley this week, according to a report in the Newburyport Daily News. State Police arrested James Vosolo, 46, of Danvers early Wednesday morning at the rest area after he allegedly got up onto the fuel tank of a truck and surprised the driver at the rest area.
