Paws for Praise, Neighbor

I'm Anne Springer, owner of Paws for Praise in Danvers, MA.  We are a dog and family friendly facility offering group puppy and dog training classes, and dog behavior consultation. I'm also the founder and manager of the Pawsitive Connections program at SeniorCare Inc. (a non-profit Aging Services Access Point similar to North Shore Elder Services here) and I handle the agency's marketing efforts.  The pet program, which was recognized with a national award in 2002, offers seniors and disabled adults assistance with pet-related issues and we act as an information and referral source for people across the state. I hope that you will enjoy the musings of a total dog nerd, and I hope that some of the information I share will help dogs on the North Shore to have better lives shared with human companions who understand them just a bit better than before.  My canine companions are: Sioux, Sequoyah, and Quanah.  You'll probably hear about some of their exploits in my blog posts.  They fill my life with joy, and I cannot imagine life without them, nor can I imagine ever hurting them in any way.
