According to Chief Neil Ouellette, Twentieth Century Fox has rented the Denny's facility for a few days.

The 24-hour restaurant is currently closed to the public. are stationed at the entrance, and unauthorized vehicles will not be permitted in the Denny's parking lot.
The Heat, which has been in production in Boston since April, is about an FBI agent who teams up with a Boston police officer to take down a Russian mobster, according to IMDB.com.
