Maple Street Church Hosts Ecumenical Thanksgiving Service

The special interfaith service will be held Tuesday, Nov. 26 at 7 p.m.

Every year the Danvers Clergy Association organizes an ecumenical Thanksgiving service, and this year's celebration will be hosted by Maple Street Congregational Church.

The service is at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26 at 90 Maple St. Parking is available in the lot behind the church or at the town lot on Hobart Street.

All are welcome to attend and encouraged to bring gently used or new winter coats to donate to local homeless families.

The church says this year's Thanksgiving offering will be donated to Wellspring, a North Shore-based interfaith council helping homeless families in crisis.

There will be time for fellowship and light refreshments following the service.
