Expert: Law on Juvenile Murder Suspects is in Flux

A recent Supreme Court case addressed whether juveniles convicted of crimes may automatically be sentenced to life without parole.

We're a long way from a trial for Philip Chism, the 14-year-old charged with killing his math teacher, Colleen Ritzer. He has pleaded not guilty.

Chism is of course innocent until proven guilty. But Boston Magazine has an interesting interview with a legal expert on the changing landscape for juveniles convicted of murder.
