A Feast on Wheels for the Fireworks

Not only is Wednesday's fireworks show the largest pyrotechnics display north of Boston, there will also be an impressive range of foods to feast on as well.

The Danvers Family Festival and the staff from The Cookie Monstah, which organized the fleet of food trucks, is calling it the "1st Annual Food Truck Feastival," in fact. There will be 18 different food trucks at Plains Park for the day, offering everything from home baked cookies from scratch to lobster and tacos.

Trucks will include The Cookie Monstah, Grilled Cheese Nation, Lobsta Love, Kickass Cupcakes, Boston Shuckin' Truck, Chicken on the Road, The Pasta Pot, Chicken and Rice Guys, Sweet Tomatoes, Kefi's Kitchen, Boston Super Dog, Trolley Dogs, The Taco Truck and more.

On July 3, the gates open at 4 p.m. at Plains Park, there is a stage show at 6 p.m., a military tribute at 8:30 p.m. the 50/50 raffle drawing is 9:15 p.m. and the fireworks start at 9:30 p.m.
